App download abroad

Hi there,

I downloaded Spotify about a year ago in Germany. Last Summer I went to Tanzania, I took my mobile phone with me and was still using my Spotify. I also have a premium account to enjoy the music here. Last week my phone died, and I bought a new one. But I'm not able to download the app here. It's very annoying because I'm still paying for premium but I can't use Spotify as before. Any helps? I just wanna use Spotify the way like I did it before.

You'll need to use a VPN to access Play (as if  from a country where spotify is available).
