App freezes after opening (sansung s4)

My Question or Issue

Hello guys. It's just it, I open the app and after the logo it pops the usual screen, but nothing besides the buttons in the bottom. After that nothing happens and the app is frozen forever. I've tryed to Uninstall it, reiniciate the phone and reinstall the app, still, the problem persists.

What do I do?

Exact same issue, also have an s4. Tried all the steps in the resolve common issues list. Started last night.

Just to confirm, could you let us know if the issue persists in a different device?

It'd be also helpful if could you also include the following details for your current Samsung devices:

• Your device's OS (operating system) version
• The version of the Spotify app you're currently on
