App randomly switching to devices not linked to the account or even in the same location.

My Question or Issue

Today my app started to play music I do not normally listen to and started streaming to a device not linked to my account or is even in this location. I logged out of my account everywhere and changed my password. However it still shows that only my android phone is linked and now instead of "Betty's Pixel" it is streaming different music to "Adam's PC". What has happened to my account and how do I stop it?
