Artist/song radio disappearing in an irregular basis

My Question or Issue

 Artist/song radio function disappears unpredictably. I don't think it has anything to do with a specific artist/song. In some occations it works perfectly. Other times I try it, it doesn't seem to be an enabled menu function with any song or artist I try. I'm a daily listener and I have started to notice this a week or two back.

• performing a clean reinstall
• connecting to another network?
