My Question or Issue

I have swapped my 64gb SD card to a 200gb SD card now.

After the change, I did not have a problem to switch the memory in the Spotify app back to the SD card. The downloaded files were correctly stored on the SD card.

However after every reboot the memory is automatically switched back to the internal memory and the app starts automatically to download the files (over WiFi) to the internal memory.

I have tried several things now, including a complete re-formatting of the SD card and re-installing the app.

As far as I can see, the android system takes some seconds after rebooting to check the SD card (you can see the the message, that the SD card is checked now, for about 4 seconds). During that check, the SD card is obviously not ready. But during this check, the Spotify app is already (auto-) started. The app cannot find the SD card and switches back to the internal memory. This does not happen, when the SD card is still quite empty and the checking last only for a shorter period.

So my question is: Is there a way around that problem? Can I delay the autostart of the Spotify app or switch off autostart?

Regards
      Klaus
