Automatically disabling shuffle and autoplay

When I change songs manually from my playlist, with both shuffle and replay playlist on, upon changing the song both are automatically disabled. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Could you send me your Android and Spotify version numbers? Also, have you tried reinstalling the app to see if the shuffle and repeat settings remain on?
