My Question or Issue

Bluetooth. Spotify states on the app that it's playing through my Bluetooth device. Is it? NO! I've tried:

-Restarting my phone

-Disconnecting all other devices

-Looking in the settings

 

Nothing.

I've had this issue before, and I don't know how to fix it.

Best thing, Bluetooth works on every other app. Notifications, too.

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting.

 

Since this issue is happening only with the Spotify app, could you perform a clean reinstall? This one is more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing trouble. 

 

If the issue persists, can you connect to your Bluetooth speaker using a different device and check if the same happens?
