Bring back actual shuffle - android

Not sure if this problem is specific to android. But for past 1-2 months, shuffle has been broken. Probably since introduction of smart shuffle. And i am certain that it is regular shuffle im having issues with. It will play the same genre, same 3 or 4 artists and sometimes even back to back 2-3 songs from exact same artist in my library when i hit shuffle. 

I can seemingly somewhat fix it by clicking shuffle 3 more times (to smart, shuffle off, the. Shuffle again). And then the algorithm will go back to more normal it seems. I know the shuffle algorithm has always been made so that its not a true random shuffle and favors some songs/artists you play more. But i believe the algorithm has been completely broken for a month.

Can we get options in settings for shuffle to potentially get a true random shuffle button whenever things get fixed? Smart shuffle is a great addition but has its problems as well. I just want the standard shuffle to be fixed.
