My Question or Issue

 For the past few weeks the Browse, Search and Radio features have refused to work consistently. After using the app for a while (let's say anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour) the features mentioned above will provide error messages;

- Browse: "Sorry, something went wrong" 

- Search: "No offline results for"...""

- Radio: "Radio isn't available"

There is no apparant reason for this to happen. It is completely random and I cannot recreate it.

My internet connection is fine when this occurs. This happens regardless of whether I am connected to WiFi or mobile data. 

I don't use an adblocker. 

I have tried the following troubleshooting methods - all of which only resolve the issue temporarily. 

  • Restarting the app
  • Restarting my phone
  • Logging out and back in 
  • Doing a "clean" reinstall of the app (deleting data + clearing cache) 
  • Repeatedly smashing my head against the desk out of frustration 

This happens every single day and I'm seriously considering changing music streaming provider because I feel I am paying to use only half the features. 

 

Has anyone else experienced this?
