Button "other" not working in sittings

Hi, i need to change the storage of the music to an SD card. I am aware that you need to go to settings, then other and then storage, however when I go to "other" the button does not do anything, i have tried with two Android cells and it's the same things. I would appreciate some help, thanks, Alexis
