Can not log in

When I try to open Spotify it wants me to log in. When I try to log in it says that I have to go online first. I can not go online because i have not logged on yet!!!!

This happens if Spotify has been set to offline mode.

This has happened 3 times. Tried to reinstall, still happens. Tried to reset phone, still happenens.

BQ aquaris X pro, 120gb

Reinstalling should work but make sure you follow all the steps here.
