My Question or Issue

 

English:

 

I have a problem with Spotify and my new Digitel phone line (A telecom service provider from here in Venezuela), because, when I use my Digitel mobile data, Spotify does not load, it can hardly play songs from recent playlists.

 

This is using it on 4G, but I already tried 3G and it doesn't work either. I already tested my mobile data in other apps, such as YouTube, Google, Instagram, etc, and it works very well, but when entering Spotify, nothing loads 😕

 

(I hope I could have made myself explain, because I am using a translator for this 😅)

Tengo un problema con Spotify y mi nueva línea telefónica Digitel (un proveedor de servicios de telecomunicaciones de aquí en Venezuela), porque, cuando uso mis datos móviles Digitel, Spotify no carga, apenas puede reproducir canciones de listas de reproducción recientes.

 

Esto lo estoy usando en 4G, pero ya probé 3G y tampoco funciona. Ya probé mis datos móviles en otras aplicaciones, como YouTube, Google, Instagram, etc, y funciona muy bien, pero al ingresar a Spotify, nada carga 😕

Thanks for the post!

 

We'd recommend running a clean reinstall of the app. Please follow the steps from this Spotify Guide exactly, as this will assure that all app data is cleared completely, before reinstalling.

 

Also, make sure that Battery optimization is not enabled for Spotify from the system app settings, as well as that the app is granted all permissions. These settings could be hindering the performance of the app. You can search online for a guide on how to manage those settings for your particular phone.
