Can't access Downloaded albums on S6.

it looks as if the path between spotify and where my downloaded albums are stored on the phone is out of sync. When I go to where the files are and I click to open I would expect it to open in Spotify but it opens in Pocket Cast or some other app. 

I have about 4GB of storage used for Spotify downloads, but states nothing to see when I have the download filter on in albums.  I have deleted the app and re-installed but still the same.

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

It seems that your Spotify's cache files are duplicated. This happens for various reasons: a cache-clearing app might have deleted the original Spotify's folder or your phone's battery died while using Spotify, for example. When the app resumes the download, it creates a new cache file.

Let's try removing all of your offline devices here. This will delete also de cache file that was duplicated.

After that, just reinstall the app following these steps. Finally, you'll need to download the music again.
