Can't download files to offline

Hi there, 

Recently when I download files they immidietly turned on to be not downloaded, even I didn't switch it on. I tried to restart, download APP again, but that didn't help. Please, help! 😞

That's not cool. Please follow the steps here:

• Log in to your account page on our website and click Offline devices in the menu on the left.

• Click REMOVE ALL DEVICES.

• Reinstall the app with the steps here.

• Save your offline tracks again.
