Can't download playlists

My Question or Issue

 So I got premium family and added all my family members. I was helping my dad set up his Spotify account and it won't let him download or follow any Punjabi playlists I went to a few other playlists and it allows it but none of the Punjabi ones. He only wants to listen to Punjabi music. He had 12gb of empty storage space. I'm wondering is it because the Punjabi playlists have so many songs? I've read there is a 3333 song limit does that mean everyone on family shares that limit? He is the last member I added. Please help because the app is useless for him without being able to listen to the Punjabi songs.

Welcome to the community! 

That sounds odd, just to check are you able to download the same playlists on your device? It's also worth checking if this happens with any other playlists. 

The song limit isn't shared with family members, so your dad should be able to download the tracks.
