My Question or Issue

Today as I was playing music on my app and was choosing to hear music on another device which is Alexa, the status shows as 'connecting..' for a few moments. Afterwards, shows the device that I chose and immediately reverts to my phone. I did a clean restart already, but I still have the issue! What's up with this??

There could be a few reasons why you're experiencing this issue:

  1. The Alexa device may not be connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your phone. Make sure that both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

  2. The Alexa device may not be set up properly. Double-check that the device is set up correctly and is working properly. Users have reported resetting have helped.

  3. There may be a network issue. Try restarting your router and see if that resolves the issue.

  4. It's possible that there may be a compatibility issue between your phone and the Alexa device. Make sure that both devices are compatible and up to date with the latest software updates.

I'm panting for news, keep me posted!
