Can't login despite working connection to wifi

Hi,

I use a trial spotify premium version which will change to the actual premium account in November. After a few days of usage that were without problems, I couldn't connect nor start my smartphone spotify-App anymore although I was perfectly connected to fast enough wifi networks and despite it working on my desktop flawlessly. I checked all my account details (username, password) to exclude login errors but I'm not given any error code, just the message that I am not online and should connect to a network in order to login. Then I'm given the option to connect to a network, but it is never working.

 

Something seems to be wrong with my account settings or else.

Who can help me with this problem?

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I'll see what I can suggest next!
