Can't login on Chinese radio head unit with Android 6.0

My Question or Issue

I recently installed a Chinese head unit in my car (Android 6.0). Downloaded Spotify from Google Play and created account, made initial music selections etc.. However, when I try to use Spotify, I get a login screen that has three items, and Existing User login is the last selection on the screen, but it displays too far down on the screen for the hyperlink to be accessible, thus I cannot login. The other two links are higher up on the screen and active, but unfortunately they have to do with creating new accounts( which I have done) but when I try to use, I end up again not being able to login. It almost looks like the login screen was designed to display vertically as in a smart phone, rather than horizontally as in a radio head unit.   Has anyone seen this problem? what did you do to correct it?  Many thanks.
