Can't play Spotify in vehicle through Galaxy S10

I cannot get Spotify working in my vehicle after switching phones to a Galaxy S10 from a Galaxy S7. I can play music manually saved on the phone by connecting via USB-C to the deck, but that's it. Spotify will play through the phone speakers even when music is playing through vehicle deck. Aux gets no signal at all.

When I use the Galaxy S7 Aux and Micro-USB both work fine. I'm currently not  using Bluetooth due to deck connections being at capacity. Am I missing some settings in Spotify or the phone somewhere?
