Can't play a song I search

So I have a playlist with 400+songs. When I use the search bar to find the song I want to listen to. When i click on it, it plays the first song on my playlist instead. Is it only me?! This happened after i updated my galaxy s8's android software.

Can you give us a bit more info on what exactly is going on? We'd also like to know what Spotify and Android version you're running.

Lastly, does this happen with every playlist? If you do this on a different device, does the issue persist?
