Can't play some songs

• For a few weeks now I've unable to play a lot of songs especially from my playlists. I had to start using Spotify web on my laptop to play most but then i realized yesterday that the same problem started there as well. I have restarted my phone several times, uniatalled the app and reinstalled it, logged out and logged in, checked that it is updated which it is, it has 8GBs of space to run on. I don't know what else to do here can someone please fix this issue i am also a premium member my phone is a Huawei honor 7a

Since this issue is happening on two different devices, please let us know if the same happens when you activate the Offline Mode and try to play songs from your downloaded music. 

Also, can you log in your phone's app with another account, such as a friend's or a family member's to see if the issue persists? Alternatively, you can create a free account here, just make sure you're logged out of your own account before creating a new one.
