Can't play songs on account in Android

My Question or Issue

I can't play any songs in one of my accounts. Desktop player works without problems. I choose a song, it plays maybe a second and stops. Reinstalling doesn't work. Tried playing in  another account and worked normally in my phone.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.
 

Let us know, have you tried a clean reinstall or just a simple reinstall of the app? We recommend the clean reinstall as it'll remove the old software drivers first and then install the new ones.

Then try logging in with your original account to see if the same happens and tell us about the result.

Already reinstalled several times and still doesn't work.

Using a different account works without problems in mobile and desktop version.

But this specific account only works in desktop. It doesn't play any tracks and skips every song in playlists. I've also tried changing the stream quality but nothing changed.

Already done all of those. 

Just checked now and some songs are playing, but not all of them and in bad quality.
