Can't play songs when set to offline

This has been going on for the last couple of weeks. When trying to play on offline there are no songs and it just keeps loading. Even when switching back to online and redownloading songs and going back offline. After reopening the app, it has this same issue again.

Could you confirm if this happens only with specific downloads? Like playlists or albums.

Do share your Spotify app version along with a screen recording of the issue. It will help me take a closer look.

I would recommend a clean install of the Spotify app. It tends to fix most such issues easily. You can read more about how to perform a clean install in this article.
