My Question or Issue

Hi,


I am not able to play songs for 2 days. When I press play button nothing happens. Button turns to Pause but songs stays at 00.00 and not playing. I can play downloaded songs. I can play songs from spotify web.

 

1. No internet connection problems (I tried both on Wifi and 5G. App starts fine, downloads pictures, I can search and find smth.)
2. Tried to switch off and on my device (Samsung Galaxy s7, Android 8.0.0)
3. Tried to log out and log in
4. Updated the app
5. I have enough space on my both device and external storage.
6. Tried to clear the cache
7. Not optimization for battery (also deselected spotify from "optimize these apps")

 

But no change...

 

I need your help on this issue.

Ok, no responses till yesterday. I uninstalled app then reinstalled again. It is ok now. I tried this finally because I was afraid of loosing donwloaded songs...
