Can't save more songs, even though I haven't saved 10,000 songs

My Question or Issue

I know there's a 10,000 song limit per playlist. But even though I have 9274 songs in my liked songs list, whenever I try liking a new song, Spotify says my library is totally full.

Wasn't I supposed to still be able to save 726 songs?

Could you try logging out > restart device > log back in? If that doesn't help, could you try a clean reinstall of the app?
