Can't store music on SD card

My Question or Issue

I have a 64gb S9+. I also have a 128gb SD card installed to the device. When I used Spotify in the years past, there was an option to store my music on my SD hard in settings. Now that option no longer exists. Google Play Music never had a problem storing music on my half-full SD card, so why can't spotify identify it?

I don't get any error messages, but the app simply acts as if I don't have an SD card installed, so it doesn't show the option. Any advice? I reset my device constantly, so that's not an issue.
