Can't undownload playlists until they are completely downloaded

I have a playlist that was syncing with my computer, but my Samsung Galaxy S3 san out of space and the playlist stopped downloading. I turned the playlist to not available offline but I can't undownload all the songs that were already downloaded. It's only when the playlist is completely downloaded when I can undownload everything. I don't want to delete the playlist though.

You can clear the cache from the spotify settings screen to remove all your downloaded tracks and free up the space.
