Can't use offline functions (I'm premium)

I'm premium and all the other functions work well, but everytime I try to open Spotify on my cellphone (and the last time I used was offline) it says shows the message that I'm offline and need to connect to the internet?? So I always have to use my data to access songs/playlists/etc and then turn to offline mode, what can I do?

Ignore the message which relates to not being able to display information on the home screen. Swipe right or hit the hamburger menu bars and tap Your Music for business as normal.
