Cannot Login on Android

My Question or Issue

I changed my credentials a dozen of times to try to login using my user name and pasword and didnt work. Its telling me that something wrong happened.

Also I tried login with google and says its associated to another account. (my google account is associated to another account?? Doesnt make any sense, since its the same email account that im using for login from my PC, which is the same account that im trying to use to log in using username and password.

I can only login using the PC.

Thanks for reaching out. Firstly, be advised that signing in with Google is different from a standard email login. Google sign in only works when you have a Google created account or Google linked account, see here for more info. Besides that, when using regular login, does the issue appear in the app only? Can you still enter in the account page for example? If the issue is on your phone only, try performing a clean reinstall too, as there may be cashed data that is causing this issue.
