Cannot create Playlist on android

For some reason, spotify will no longer allow me to create a Playlist. I've tried two different ways with no luck. It allows me to enter the Playlist name, click save/go bit then won't complete the process. I have to back out of it and it never saves. What happened?

That doesn't sound quite right.
Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.
