Cannot go online while on cellular data - MTel Bulgaria

Cannot go online while on cellular data - MTel Bulgaria

For two days now Spotify cannot go online while on cellular data. Once connected to wi-fi everything works. I have unlimited data and I have reinstalled the app. The first image is with data and the second one is on wi-fi. Please help !!

Hi 

Check if you are allowing spotify to use cellular data? Im guessing you are using Android phone? You need to go to the settings and check mobile data and try to find Spotify and allow it to use cellular data, if it is not there then check in your app settings.

I have checked everything relating to my end. I have received a call from my service provider and they said they have contacted Spotify and the ball is at their ens. I cannot find anywhere how to contact them directly. They have to fix my account somwhow.

There have been a lot of MTel users reporting the same issue in the last couple of days and contacting Spotify as suggested by @kryddersen is the way to go. If you get an automated response directing you back here or to the help pages, please reply to it by email to make sure your case is progressed.

It may not be relevant but there have been service issues affecting the balkans and central europe over the last two days which now seem to be fixed.
