Cannot login

Using android and upon entering the details and pressing the login button. Spotify replied that I have created account. I clicking login button not sign up button.

That doesn't sound quite right.

Have you tried to use your username instead of your email address in the login process?

hey @nico, many thanks for the advide but still unable to login after uninstalling. I am quite sure im login in using my user id and not my email. maybe it perhaps due to the dash in my userid. i had informed Spotify support for this case and hopefully this can be resolve earliest. Im also login into the community with my userid which indicate that login issue is not a problem from web but maybe some incompatibilities using my userid with android app.
