My Question or Issue

Some songs are the normal white and you can click on them, add to playlist, etc.

Some songs are light grey and cannot be played. They can still be 'liked' but not added to a playlist.

An example is Disneymania album, songs like You'll be in my heart by Usher cannot be played.

Hey @gavinant,

Thanks for posting here on the Community 🙂

It's a good idea to try on another device to check if that makes a difference.

In case nothing changes, you can share with us the URI of the album. You can also send us a screenshot of what you're seeing. We'll look into this further.

Keep us posted.

Hi again @gavinant,

Thanks for your reply.

When a song is greyed out, it means it isn't available, as some of the songs from that album you shared. You can still Like them to have them saved in Your Library, but they still won't be playable, though.

We want all the world’s music and podcasts on Spotify, but availability can vary over time and between countries, depending on the permissions from rights holders and licensing agreements.

We add new content to Spotify every day, so if you can’t find something you’re looking for right now, it may appear (or reappear) soon.

Hope this clears things up. If you have any questions or need a hand with anything else, the Community is here for you.

Have a good one 🙂
