My Question or Issue

 When I try to start a song radio, it just gives me the pop-up with the above text "Cannot start radio station. Please try again later"

Already deleted cache, logged out an in, and still nothing.

I can start artist radio, but not song radios.

Please fix it.

Same problem here, Samsung J3 I think. Have my Oneplus 6T on RMA and I can't access song radios on this phone.

The problem occurs about two weeks ago.

Thru the Sopotify web site I can "start radio" to songs.

Please help us.

There's been a few threads on this over the past week. I have the problem on a Nexus 5 with Android 6.0.1. It seems to be an issue with the latest version of the app and older versions of Android, as I have no issue on my OnePlus 3T with Android 8.

In hope of getting the devs to track it down in a somewhat timely manner, can you mention which version of Android you're running (generally Settings/About Phone/Android Version)?

I have the same problem. Android 6.0.1 on a Samsung S5. 

Not one single artist it song radio will start.

It's by far my most valuable feature in this app so I'm pretty disappointed with this loss of functionality.

i have the same problem - 

i deleted the cache on my computer and on my android phone (Xiaomi 3s), logged out and in again, and it didn't fix it.

i paid attention to the fact that the radio DOES work on my computer, but not on my android phone.

please fix this, it is a very valueable feature for me 😞

Same problem, Sony experia E5 Android 6.0. Was working fine 3 weekish ago.

Same problem, been happening four a couple weeks. Premium user in Brazil, on a Galaxy J5 running 6.0.1. I chose Spotify over other services mainly because of the radio feature.

Seems there's a bug on android version 6.x.x. with the new update maybe(?)

I've just registered for Spotify Premium. I get the same message "Cannot start radio, please try later". This is the ONLY reason I want Spotify. If it can't be fixed, I'm off.

Please sort it.

I have no idea what version of Android I am using, sorry, but it shouldn't matter anyway.
