Cannot use account ?

everytime I try to log in it just returns to login page . If I can get in
it acts as if I m a new user and nowhere is the list for my play lists etc.
I m really frustrated as have been using daily without problems and
suddenly today it asked me to sign in ?? Never signed out in the first
place ?. What has happened?
