Cant downlaod

Please help! The download won't start even I have already turn on 'download when using cellular' , checked there are 4GB space available and played the same songs many times . It still tells me to go to setting to download using cellular. Now all my songs are not downloaded.
P.S. I paid๐Ÿ˜‚

Did you checked if your device is listed in Offline-Devices in your Spotify Profile Section on spotify.com? It could happen, that you have more than 3 Devices in this list, then you can't download anything to this Device. You first have to Clear this list.

Or do you only have this problem when using a cellular connection?

I checked and I have 2 devices only, I just deleted one, still can't download using cellular though. I'm trying to download using Wi-Fi, seems Wi-Fi is working.

It can happen, that your provider has blocked the port that spotify is using to download...

Maybe this is your problem. I had such a problem, but with emails... My provider blocked the email port so I had to buy an extension for my Internet.
