Cant log out.when i go to options and try to scroll down to log out.app closes and goes back to home

We couldn't solve prob.had to create new account and they transferred my
playlists and cancelled old account.no probs since.all good 👍

I have the same problem with my app, I tried to reinstall it but it keep happening... and also I don't have any prove because the app just close with no messages, when you starts to scroll down... it stops and closes
ps: sorry but I don't speak english very well

Contact them and get them to send you user name and password for test
account.if all ok with test account and you can log out ok,get them to free
up your email address and create new account with same email with different
password.you will have to reinstall app to get to login to create as you
cant log out.worked on my phone.hope all good 👍
