I cant seem to getting the filter options to show in the liked song parts

The mood & genre filters are a new feature recently added to the app in some markets. Unfortunately, this is not available everywhere yet. Taking this into account, it's possible that your country doesn't have the feature yet. You can see the available countries and additional info in this article or by checking out this thread.

We're always testing things by adding or removing features to make Spotify better overall. We're sorry that this means you're not able to use Spotify like you wish to do at the moment, but we hope you'll continue using it and find it gets better in the future.

Always funny how if you dont live in a 'big' country you never get any features.

Funny a testing fase is supposedly taking almost 2 years.
