Cell Phone Space

Cell Phone Space

First of all, if this issue has been discussed before and you can please place me in the right direction to find an answer to this, I will really appreciate it.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S6, I have seen that saving or "favorite" songs, uses memory in my cell phone, as of today, I have almost 2 gigabytes of memory used just on songs from Spotify if you add the OP system, pictures, videos and all that, my memory is draining fast.

Is there a way to save this 2 Gigs of songs somewhere else? I have a portable hard disk were I keep all my pictures, movies and videos.

Thank you!

Heya,

I do not think that's possible. Spotify needs these files in order to run as smooth as possible and the program tries to find the info in a fixed location(i believe). Therefor, if you would relocate the files spotify would not be able to find it and give either an error or will try to reload evverything.
