Chat feature

I'd love to see a chat feature that let's you send messages with friends or people you follow, and even share music with them. Maybe like DMs on ig or something.

There are friends I have that I have no way to get in touch with, and being able to send messages on spotify would be a great way to do that. Being able to share would be a great social aspect as well. It would be a fantastic way to share and discover new music.

Let me start by thanking you for taking the time to share this with us. Just to let you know, we don't have plans to implement a chat/messaging feature at the moment, in this post you can find more information about it. 

However, you can always share your favorite music through different messaging and social apps, in this article we explain all the available alternatives.

I too would love to see Spotify implement a chat feature to share songs and chat similar to what Pinterest has done
