My Question or Issue

My library is showing as empty, playlists/albums/etc will not load via search or home, I cannot play songs even by playing on my phone and then clicking listen on this tablet. The only thing that is working is my spotify wrapped video. Seems like this issue was caused by the ChromeOS update I installed earlier today since it was fine before that, and it stopped working before I updated the Spotify app so it can't be that update that broke it.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community.

 

Can you try logging out > restarting your Chromebook > restarting your router by unplugging it for a couple of minutes > logging back in?

 

Just to confirm you're using the Android app in the Chromebook, right? Try reinstalling it to see if that makes the trick.

 

If not, can you try using the web player to see how it goes?

Yes, I'm using the app. Both reinstalling and logging out and restarting my chromebook did not work; the web player is functional

To check if this is account-related or rather related to the recent OS update, could you try logging in to a different account, like a friend's or relative's, to see how it goes?
