Connect to cellular

Connect to cellular

It's telling me I have to connect to cellular to download. I can't listen to any music now. It doesn't make a difference if it's switched on or not

Have you tried restarting your mobile to see if that fixes it? Otherwise, could you prvide a bit more information.

Yes I did Uninstall and then reinstalled. I tried to down load an album and it said I had to connect to cellular. I went to setting and did that. I tried again and it still didn't work. I also tried to play songs that I downloaded previously and they didn't work either. I tried turning it on and off several times. I live in Canada. Have a Samsung Galaxy 6s. And I have premium
