Current listening device changes when i press the Next music button

My Question or Issue

While I'm listening on my PC using the windows client and use the lock screen or the notification bar controls to skip the current playing song, sometimes, the music starts playing on my phone.

I couldn't determine when and why this happens, but I think that if I didn't switched the current playback device to my phone, this is an undesired behavior, thereby being a bug.
