Hi everyone, 

 

First of all, my daily mixes were only appearing on my mobile and not on my laptop. Since I subscribed to Premium, the disappeared from my mobile.

I tried restarting my phone, reinstalling the app but they are still missing.

In "Made for You", only the time capsule is appearing.

 

Also since I subscribed to Premium, I am not able to dislike artists.

Hey @Laurige thanks for reaching out to the Spotify Community,

 It might also be beneficial if you can restart your device, although it sounds simple, it can help from time to time.

Also try clearing your cache and data by following these steps:



Step 1: Head to the Settings menu.
Step 2: Find Apps (or Applications, depending on your device) in the menu, then locate the app that you want to clear the cache or data for.
Step 3: Tap on Storage and the buttons for clearing the cache and app data will become available.

Unfortunately, restarting the phone and clearing the cache didn't help.

You mention that your Daily Mixes disappeared after upgrading to Premium. This sounds like the Ongoing Issue our tech teams are currently looking into.

 

In this case, we'd recommend heading over to this thread to add your +VOTE and requested information. We'll make sure to pass on any updates we have regarding this there.

 

On another note, you mention you're having troubles disliking artists. It'd be helpful if you could share any screenshots of what you see so we can take a closer look on our end. Just make sure that there's no private or sensitive info displayed.

Thanks for getting back in touch and adding these screenshots to clarify!

 

Unfortunately, it's not possible to select "Don't play this artist" on Premium. This would explain why you're having troubles doing so from either of your devices.

Hi I'm also facing a similar issue. Since I've switched to premium I've lost my release radar, daily mixes (after nearly a month I have just 3 of them) and discover weekly. The thing is I can still access the release radar and discover weekly but i have to search for them. They're not available in the made for you tab. PS. the account i switched to is nearly 2 months old and the premium is going to be a month old in a few days.

Keep in mind that it might take a few weeks of listening to a variety of songs before you receive your Daily Mixes.

 

Since however you mention it's been more than that, we'd suggest double checking if you are able to search and locate them when accessing your Spotify account on a different device.

 

If you're having troubles doing so, we'd recommend heading to this Ongoing Issue and adding your +VOTE and info there. Our tech teams are aware and looking into this.
