Delete all downloads, don't let me hear the last playlist offline

Hallo

I have a little probleme since the last update i think.

This week 2 times my complete downloads on all my devices are gone. I don't know why...

And i can't hear the last playlist offline. I have a problem with my mobilephone and it happens often, that i haven't a internetconnection. When i open spotify and i'm offline, i can't hear the last song. But before the update it works, i think.

I realy pissed off, because i want hear the music and i can't...

Same problem here! I think is has someting to do with family account.. I removed al accounts with offline dowloads but still i can not download my nummers

That's not Thema problem. Ich haven't a family Account.
