Deleting a song from library across devices?!

Hi,

I have a PC client and two phones. I also have same library of my music available offline for each device. When I try to delete some song from the library (remove the tick), for some strange and totally nerving reason it comes back to my library again! How to delete the fricking song?! Why they sometimes come back?

Why if I delete a song on 1 device it is not synchronized "as deleted" to others? I suspect that the song is deleted, but when other device comes online, spotify thinks that I have added the song back, so it gets synchronized back again. AARGH.
Could you help me with this issue? Is there a way to set a master device?
