Device registers multiple times

Hello,

I've got Spotify Premium and my Android Phone (Oneplus X, up to date) registers itself multiple times in a week. Because of this, it is not possible to download/store the songs on other devices or the device itself, because the cap of 3 registered devices is reached..No matter if i choose internal storage or SD-Card...

Any idea?

I used to get this and the cause was a dodgy SD card which kept unmounting and mounting. Changing the card cured the problem for me.
