Devices won't recognize my Samsung Galaxy A5

My Question or Issue

Hi there,

I've had my Samsung Galaxy A5 phone for a few years now and just switched to my mom's old Samsung Galaxy S8. The S8 and my laptop (ACER Aspire 5 with Windows 10) can see each other and connect just fine, but neither of them can find my old A5. All of my Spotify music and playlists are on my A5 and I can't seem to get them to transfer to my laptop or my new phone. Can anyone help? I tried providing as much information as I could about my devices to hopefully help.
