My Question or Issue

I get this pop-up message when I open the app. When I go to check the app storage, Downloads only shows 3.6GB; Other Apps shows 26.3GB; & Free shows 3MB. I checked my internal phone storage but I still have 59.8GB available! The app won't allow me to download the other music in my playlists. What's weird is that when I try to toggle the 'Downloading' icon it displays a message box saying "You discovered a Premium feature! Get Premium", where in fact I'm subscribed to Premium for Family. Also, I only have 2 offline devices listed so not sure what seems to be the problem.
