Double in playlist

Double in playlist

Hi notice some strange issue with my playlist. Somehow there is double songs and the order isn't same. And the app of Shazams sync playlist has also other songs that i haven't Shazamed.
I have samsung galaxy s8 which is new. Otherwise I haven't done anything different.

How do i fix the error? Get my old playlist back and no double.
How do i contact spotify to solve the problem?
